This book was really adept at providing useful information relating to lighting and photography. It has definitely given me lots of ideas and techniques to use while taking pictures of all types. The examples are nice to look at and the topics are easy to understand and concise. As a decent amateur photographer, this book has given me some great knowledge about how to use lighting in all of the pictures I take.

Comments about Wiley Publications Book: Lighting Photo Workshop:
This book is written in a comfortable, approachable manner that makes it easy to take to heart. Simple rules backed up with MULTIPLE images for each, complete with full details for clarification. The photographs themselves show a great range of conditions and decision-making, which is helpful to a wider audience. The Photo Workshop series is a nice collection with a good focus on those who like to really know what they're doing, not fake it and save it with Photoshop later. Very well done.

Comments about Wiley Publications Book: Lighting Photo Workshop:
This books is an excellent primer on lighting for photography. I am a novice photographer, but found the book to be very informative from a theoretical standpoint, but more important, a great source of practical application of lighting theory to the actual taking of photographs.
I recently vacationed in France and I believe my pictures were far better based on the information provided in this book.
