The AVerTV Hybrid Ultra USB ATSC/NTSC/PAL HDTV Tuner from AverMedia allows you to receive over-the-air HDTV broadcasts right onto your desktop. The tuner features a USB interface for installation. It also supports standard definition broadcast and cable television signals, making it an extremely versatile solution. You'll even be able to capture analog video from an S-Video or RCA composite source. The device also features an integrated FM radio tuner. The tuner allows you to watch, record and playback recorded video, making it an excellent addition to your Media Center PC.

- This USB tuner adds an HDTV tuner to your computer, letting you take full advantage of the high-quality format. Network HDTV broadcasts are available over the air for free in most areas. In many cases, all you'll have to do is connect an HDTV antenna to the card to receive the signal. The card also features an analog tuner, which is compatible with NTSC and PAL broadcasts for worldwide use.

Easy setup on Vista machine with no glitches! Good thing because the directions that come with the item are difficult to read. The "free" antenna is pretty worthless but we can't get over-the-air reception in our area. The unit is a little bulky but worth it.
