I was amazed at how good they are. Got 4 of these units and they surpased my expectations. I use to rent the motorolas ($250) for my shootd and these quickly replaced them.
I live in a loft with thick concrete walls, and I could be on the 1st floor and my assistant on the sixth floor and we always had a clear signal.
Great Buy!

used this product for a video shoot of a live concert Outdoors in combination with the Ultra DBL Headset. even standing beside the speakers (very loud) I had no problems communicating with my video switcher.

We have outfitted each of our grade levels, administration, and custodial staff with Eartec MC-1000 radios. When our teachers are outside, there has been no way for our office staff to contact them in cases of emergencies or parents picking up students. Therefore, we have put a MC-1000 in each grade level to carry with them outside. We also upgraded the administration and custodians with new radios to take the place of some very outdated models. Thanks to our PTO for funding our upgrade!

I work for a cllege and we purchased these radios for our home events. We have tested them at acouple of indoor events and have taken them out side for a test. We took them outside and covered all of campus and about 2-3 miles off campus. Great radios

Good Reception. Good Battery Life. Easy to setup and I like the fact that you can keep adding radios as needed to the group. I would have given this 5 stars except that the Manufacturer made the Stereo & Microphone inputs non-standard, so it is almost impossible to buy a 3rd party headset/mic for the system.

Overall the product is not bad. Reception is decent. You do have to push to talk on the headsets. Battery doesnt last as long as promised. We use it for church and it serves its purpose.

We got these radios to manage a video production team in our soccer and field hockey facilities. The MC-1000 work great! They have amazing range, and great audio quality. The best thing about them is that they don't need a base station. I can use as many radios as I want, and I don't need them to connect to anything expect each other.

These are outstanding radios! Purchased them for use in video production. They are of excellent quality and the volume is loud and clear. We purchased the single sided slimline headsets for use with them and have no problems hearing in noisy environments.

We are a portable church, we use this product for our parking team, camera operators, and backstage. We love it because of the price, and the fact that this radio has a total of 15 channels so we are able to use the same radio in multiple areas. We were really surprised with the reception, and distance.
