Sound source isolation during concerts or in the studio environment is a constant issue that needs to be addressed in the face of multiple microphone set-ups. ClearSonic Panels (CSP) facilitate acoustic separation between instruments on stage or in the studio, helping reduce drum bleed into vocal or instrument microphones.
The MiniMega is more suited to the studio environment, particularly as a drum kit isolation booth. It is a slightly smaller version of the MegaPac, while still providing 360° of sound isolation. The system consists of a six-section clear acrylic panel system (A5-6) and a five-section acrylic system (A5-5). Eleven 12" height extender panels (AX12,) deliver a full 6.5' of headroom.
Twenty-five S2 light grey SORBER baffles provide interior sound absorption. An extended lid system and fan complete the MiniMega system. All SORBER products have a Class-A fire rating.

I use this product in my garage, mainly beacause my neighbours are fussy, but also for recording purposes.
For its size it is'nt a major task putting it together. it may take 2 people but i only took me and a friend about 20 minutes, and we are'nt the best at this type of thing. It stops sound very well! to give you an idea of how effective it is, I play very loud and heavy metal on the drums and you can stand just outside it and have a conversation with someone whilst im playing. It has plenty of space inside, i have a 7 pc drum kit with quite a few cymbals and it fits fine. Also the sound you get when you sit in there and play is very refind and good quality.
there are a couple down-sides though; it buckles slightly in some vertical parts which makes me worry how long it will last. Also its only at its best when you get rid of any gaps, and i mean even if the door is open by an inch or two then it lets a fair amount of sound out.
