i bought and tried the dan mizu, i pod and creative but i still feel that this sony piece is the best in terms of sound quality and user friendly the only thing it lacks is the expandable slot-- the best part is the sound magnifique

I'm so happy that I bought this walkman. The color is pink but not too sweet. This silverish cool pink is good for mature girl. Easy to operate and nice display and sound. My friend who owns Ipod said this is better than her Ipod, especially after she knew how much I spent for it.

I started walking for exercise again and wanted some portable music. Last year I bought my teen daughter an iPod, so first I tried that. I found the round disc difficult to work and I also wanted the option of an FM tuner.
After doing much research I found the Sony to be exactly want I needed! It's compact (fits nicely in the palm of my hand or in my pocket), has buttons instead of that disc (better control), an FM tuner, video capability,easy enough to set up that I didn't need my daughter's assistance, and I bought it in pink! The best part is that it cost half as much as the iPod and considerably less than my husbands Zen:) A lot of bang for my limited bucks!
I would recommend this to anyone:)
