The Nikon MH-22 Quick Charger is a Dual Bay Battery Charger for Nikon EN-EL4 & EN-EL4a Rechargeable Lithium-Ion batteries. The charger is capable of being used internationally* because it can accept 100-240V AC power (auto-switching).
* Use outside North America requires an adapter plug (not supplied).

I bought a MH-22 two years ago. I don't do enough work to think my charging needs wore out the device. I took great care of the charger, as I do all my equipment. I've used Nikon for 20 years and have come to expect quality and reliability. The one year warranty expired and Nikon would not stand behind their product. Bottom line: buy another one or pay shipping and repair with Nikon. Of course, you have to because Nikon is in on the battery racket now--no way to buy commercial lithiums.

I use one at my studio and one at home. very good and reliable, of course, as it's a Nikon, but... it's really bulky and heavy! don't plan to carry one with you in your bag! too bad also you cannot charge 2 batteries in the same time: the first one has to be totally charged before the second one starts charging... ok if you let it work for the night, but frustrating if you're in a rush to go on location!

The problem with the MH-22 is that it charges two batteries *sequentially*, *not* simultaneously as stated in the product description. Two MH-21s (single chargers)will charge two EN-EL4 batteries *simultaneously* [...] The product would have been much better if it charged the batteries simultaneously as advertized. Otherwise the product performs well.
