Without doubt it is best in its level. The graphic is really good, and has a great sharpness. The brightness is not the best, but still good in its level. If you can completely dark your your and then this is great for you, otherwise I will offer epson hd 705. Epson doesn't have the image sharpness of this one, but it offers better brightness.

It's a truly fantastic projector, especially for this price point. That being said however, take note if you have A LOT of light in your room, I would recommend some drapes, as the picture gets a little washed out.
At night, it has a FANTASTIC picture, great black levels, great color performance, and good sharpness.
As for my media sources, I'm using a Comcast HD DVR, Media Center PC, and a Sony Blu-ray Player; all of which are connected via HDMI through an HDMI switch.

This thing is fantastic!! I use it as my computer monitor, Wii screen, and Television. I have over 50 square feet of viewing, my only regret is that my living room wall isn't larger. HD movies are the greatest, and the graphics in my games are off the hook! You will not be disappointed in this purchase.

Very light, small portable projector. Easy to set up everything worked out of the box. Connectivity is good but I would be happy with one more HDMI port.
Great picture quality even on the painted wall but after I figure out the final setup I will buy a screen.
Unfortunately I see the rainbow effect very often but I will try to live with it.
After two weeks of usage I can't comment on the reliability or lamp life time I just hope it will be OK. There are many tips/guides on forums which can help to reach the specified lamp life.
Overall it seems to be a great little projector which doesn't cost an arm and leg...

Used (ceiling-mounted) in conjunction with 80" screen and upconverting DVD player via HDMI cable in a darkened Home Theater room. High "Wow" factor.
Clear picture -- was concerned about 720 vs 1080 resolution -- not a problem. "Dark Knight" looks great with no stutters, rainbows, artifacts, 'grey' black levels, or other distractions; a stunning viewing experience.
Fan seems louder on initial startup, but quickly backs down to whisper-levels. Not noticeable during normal operation.
Use all three input methods: HDMI for upconverting DVD, S-Video for standard DVD, and composite video for X-Box (life-sized Rock Band play is awesome). Input detected automatically and flawlessly.
Recommended for Home Theater use. Will automatically become the center of attention at any gathering.

One Caution, IF you are mounting, do work with your vendor to make sure you have the proper mount. My mount required some machine work to fit my mounting requirements

I use it primarily at home for movies from DVD, web streams and slide shows. It's very easy to setup, has good luminosity and I think it would be easy to travel with because it's light. Each time we project a movie I am amused by having my own little theater in our apartment.
