a great feature is the steady shot. It works really good, even if you shake your hand purposely. The pictures are clear. Can't imagine a better camera for this money.
•Things that aren't so great about it
the ONLY negativ thing about it is if u take pictures in low ligt with flash you get a dark shadow in the lower left corner and sometimes it has a red tint. :(

I did have this plan included in a bundle deal:
Sony DSC-TX10 w/extra battery, 8GB card, pouch, 2 year SAGEMAX plan.
I wasn't sure if this plan would extend to Canada, so I did "chat" with a live rep on the website. He was very informative and assured me that this is an international plan and I didn't have to send it back to New York as I live in Vancouver Canada and that they would find a repair shop here or if the product is unfixable that a replacement would be sent. There is a website so google it and do your research.

I got a camera in December to replace one that had stopped working do to interaction with a toddler. Expecting the replacement might meet a similar fait I purchased the extended warranty that is exactly like this warranty. Well the new camera was great till it took the plunge, slipping from a pocket into the pool. Never having used one of these warranties before and expecting the worst I called the number. They asked a few questions about my problem, asked for the code on my recipt and emailed me a UPS shipping label. I shipped the camera and all it's accessories off and a week or two later I had a check. So when I ordered the replacement camera I included a new warranty just in case.
