- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the 2-year duration of this plan.

I have Sagemax for both of my digital cameras, and though I haven't had to use (both Pannys are under original warranty) I have had to use a similar plan in the past for a couple of digital Nikons. I personally believe it's money well spent.

I think for any semi expensive purchase it is worth getting it insured.
It allows me to take photos without worrying about being extra carfull not to damage it. If anything happens I just send it back and get it repaired or replace for free
