- It's simple and easy: log onto www.Sagemaxprotectionplan.com, submit your claim, and print a pre-paid shipping label; or call Sagemax and they will send one to you.
- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the 3-year duration of this plan.

i bought my d90 camera with 3 years protection plan. I accidentally dropped my camera from the roof top to the ground. because of major impact the camera absolutely turn in to pieces. I send to them the camera [...] i received the full amount of the camera plus tax.. i hope this will help.......

[...] They are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of their warranty coverage.The only problem I had with this warranty is when I wanted to transfer it. I bought the warranty for a Camera Kit, Nikon D90 Body and Nikkor Lens. Sagemax would only honor the transferred warranty if the entire kit was sold. They said this was the case because, if any one of the two items in the Camera Kit were to break, the current owner would have to send in both items to be serviced. This was kind of a downer as I didn't want to sell the Nikkor Lens, I only wanted to sell the Nikon D90 Body.
