- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the 5-year duration of this plan.

I recently ruined my canon 40D with a very stupid mistake. I have since purchased a 7D and did not want to go through that again, so I purchased the Sagemax protection plan. I'm hopeful I'll never need to use it, but have great peace of mind knowing it's there in case I do!
