- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the 3-year duration of this plan.

I bought this policy for my new Canon 5D Mark II. When you spend $2400.00 on a camera, this really is a no-brainer. The plan goes way beyond the factory version covering accidents, environmental damage, etc. Unless you run over it with your car or put a sign on it that reads "Steal this camera", it's pretty much covered.

I trust B&H with all of my camera purchases-- the prices are hard to beat, and they offer the best protection plan for your gear. Accidental! I have a tendency to wear and tear my gear frequently so it's definitely a good thing for me to be able to sleep in peace without worrying about the strength of my investments. If you buy anything that is $100+, you should definitely get a protection plan!! It is well worth the money in the long run.

I just purchased an international non-fault guarantee on my new 5D Mark 2 for 3 years for less than $300. I was told that if anything happens to my camera anytime, I can fix it where I want and get the repair money back. It was highly recommended by the B&H seller and I do trust them as well.

I bought this for peace of mind to cover what the man. warranty wont cover. It was a little confusing to activate the "program", but I called and got it all worked it out with good costumer service.
