- It's simple and easy: log onto www.Sagemaxprotectionplan.com, submit your claim, and print a pre-paid shipping label; or call Sagemax and they will send one to you.
- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the 3-year duration of this plan.

This is a great insurance policy if it works. I checked the exclusions in the fine print, and it includes dust, humidity. Basically unless you're careless or being abusive, it'll should take care of things. With digital cameras being so flimsy, and sensitive. I can't afford not to get some sort of insurance policy.
