- It's simple and easy: log onto www.Sagemaxprotectionplan.com, submit your claim, and print a pre-paid shipping label; or call Sagemax and they will send one to you.
- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

Insurance is peace of mind if you don't need it and wonderful to have if you do. We have never used all the insurance we've purchased but have not always added it to our equipment. Our Slide HD units were to be checked out by students to use so we felt it worthwhile.
