- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

B&H is my go to for camera gear. In this instance, I bought a new camcorder for the wife. The possibility of this camera breaking or getting dropped over the next three years, doing home movies of grandchildren, is a possibility. This warranty even covers drops. Good investment.

I don't always buy warranties but this one had some unusual features besides just covering equipment failure. Normal wear and tear coverage along with accidental handling damages coverage is something unusual for me. While I hope I don't drop my camcorder, this gives me 3 years of worry free ownership. (Theft or loss would have been nice, but people could easily cheat with that. My home insurance covers those losses anyways). Worth considering.

I searched and revied other camcorders not knowing what to expect. I haave owned other Panasonic products, and they have last me a good long time with no problems encountered. I was wanting a camcorder that would ladt me for several years and give me good results when photographing my grandson in any of his activities. This camera meets and exceeds those goals. B & H provided me whith a goo incentive to by this camcorder whit a price that was $400 dollars off the list price. The camcorder take 43mm filters, so I bought a step-up ring to 52mm so I could use my exsisting filter with it. Bought the step up ring from B & H also. I have no complaints at all right now about this camcorder
