- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

Since the big problem about tape cameras is that they are very sensitive for impacts, we have to purchase a warranty, believe me , you will use it.

You buy a camera or a camcorder... But unfortunately it develops a technical problem after using it for 2 years. (It happens!). No problem! You have the 3 years protection plan. Great!It pays back every cent you paid for it.

What if I drop the camera on vacation? No problem with this protection plan. It is completely covered. This plan has perfect coverage for an accidental drop. Bottom line: the camera will be replaced.

HV30 is a good camera but you have to have a lens adapter in order to get a great look. I recommend HV30 + Handy35.
