- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

We've purchased extended warranties before and end up using them about 50% of the time. I have never been disappointed with an extended warranty as we've usually had the product fixed or replace for free. Hopefully we won't ever need to use it, but considering the price of the video camera and the cost to have them fixed, I am glad we have the Protection Plan.

The last time I traveled with a video camera I had issues with dust that couldn't be avoided. I didn't have a good protection plan and it cost me a lot. This plan covers everything that might reasonably get in the way of your having a great time with working gear.
