- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

Online the policy stated that certain conditions apply, but once you get your product protection plan it is VERY unclear what is covered, what is not. You have to call them to clarify for your own piece of mind....
The company should STATE CLEARLY what they cover in the WRITTEN portion of their protection plan...this is what you keep with your camera for quick reference.
