- It's simple and easy: log onto www.Sagemaxprotectionplan.com, submit your claim, and print a pre-paid shipping label; or call Sagemax and they will send one to you.
- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

Comments about NEW 3-Year SAGEMAX Protection Plan:
Manufacture warrantys are only 1 Year parts and 90 days labor. They do not cover ware and tare from every day use also surge. This Sagemax protection plan covers everything including droping of unit. When someone like sony, after 90 days wants $200.00 up fron to fix your unit, it's cheeper to have this Protection Plan then nothing. B&H has gotten better with ther service plans the the ones they had befor. Rembember that old saying, Buy now or pay me later.
