- It's simple and easy: log onto www.Sagemaxprotectionplan.com, submit your claim, and print a pre-paid shipping label; or call Sagemax and they will send one to you.
- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

I bought this to go with my camera, but I MAY look into returning it if I can get a better price with my actual insurance company. I like the concept, but it's definitely really pricey--too pricey, in my opinion, which is the reason for the two stars. Considering I just got it and haven't had a problem, I can't say how convenient it is with a problem, though.

This protection plan will be the best choice you ever made. Accidents happen and when they do, you'll be completely covered. Even if it's operator error. Pro cameras aren't cheap and people aren't perfect. That's why I purchased this plan.
