If I could give it a 0, I would've. I called in November 09 to report that my newly purchased camera (Sony Z5U) was having some playback issues. They said they would send me a label in the mail so that I could send in my camera for repair. I waited a little over a month and nothing arrived. Called again in early January to see what's going on and they said they would mail it again. It is now March 2010 and still nothing. I give up. I'd rather pay for repair then send it to them (if I ever get it). Don't waste your money.

The price wasn't too bad, and it is nice peace of mind to have. Hopefully if it is needed there are no issues with using the warranty.
