- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

Purchased the SageMax protection plan for our new Sony PMW-EX1.
Being a commercial videography company that takes our cameras out in the field regularly, it is nice to know we have extended protection on our equipment.
Hopefully we never need to utilize the protection plan, but it is nice to know that it is there in case of emergency.
After gathering information on NEW, the provider for SageMax, we were more than comfortable in our purchase of our protection plan.

It may be expensive, but it's worth it's weight in gold (even though its just an envelope). This plan covers everything from water damage, to flat-out drops. I tend to be clumsy, and with my 7000 dollar camera, you can't take any chances.
