- It's simple and easy: log onto www.Sagemaxprotectionplan.com, submit your claim, and print a pre-paid shipping label; or call Sagemax and they will send one to you.
- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

Although I have not had to use this yet, I'm grateful to have it. It's nice to know that if something goes wrong there is a way to easily get it repaired/replaced. I would recommend getting this protection plan just to have the reassurance of knowing your product can be serviced.

I figure you can't go wrong with extra security. I read the terms and conditions and it looks like a good investment. For only a few extra dollars, it seems worth it for the peace of mind.
