- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

I bought a refurbished Olympus zoom lens. I have had no problem with Olympus products so far and had I bought a new lens, I would probably have not purchased this warranty. But, given the refurbished product, it seemed like a prudent thing to buy and I did. I have not had to use it so far, but the peace of mind has been worth the cost.

When I purchased my Nikkor 50mm 1.4D I knew that it would be getting a lot of use. Fortunately I planned ahead and purchased the Protection Plan from Sagemax. Despite having the lens fall out of my bag and break Sagemax responded with quick and helpful service to get me back behind the camera with my good ole 50mm locked n' loaded in under a week! The protection plan covers everything I could want or need and was very reasonably priced. [$] dollars was much better than another $320.00 dollars. I would HIGHLY recommend getting a Sagemax protection plan with any item purchase that it's available with!
