- It's simple and easy: log onto www.Sagemaxprotectionplan.com, submit your claim, and print a pre-paid shipping label; or call Sagemax and they will send one to you.
- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

I just bought my lens and thankfully I had no need to use the warranty. But if everything is in real life as it is on paper this will be the smartest investment that I made for this lens, 2nd would be the filter. Hope I never have to use this purchase but if I do I will be happy that I spent the extra cash.
