- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

Same people who do the warrantee for Best Buy[$]Haven't used it yet, the lens is new. The way I see it, all it will take is one flaw with the lens and the warrantee will have paid for itself.

Luckily I haven't had to use it but I'm sure glad I have it. I ride mountain bikes, kayak and do many other sports with my camera gear and like to know that if I crash my camera is covered.
