- It's simple and easy: log onto www.Sagemaxprotectionplan.com, submit your claim, and print a pre-paid shipping label; or call Sagemax and they will send one to you.
- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

Great coverage to have if you ever need it. Covers accidental damage including splash. [...] Very polite and helpful when you need to file a claim. I buy NEW/Sagemax coverage for all my expensive gear.

Fortunately I haven't had to make use of this warranty. Purchased it for the peace of mind and that I'm european. If something would go wrong I can get the warranty here.
It's almost thrown away money if nothing bad happens, but boy will you be happy if something does happen. You'll never know.

Haven't used it, hope never to do so; but it's gotta be worth it. The cost is nothing compared to other places. Unfortunately it means a send in if anything happens and you're without your equipment for awhile.
