- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

At first, I was very hesitant to purchase a warranty. In the past, I have found that the only one to benefit from me spending the extra money is the warranty company! My salesperson explained to me that he thought it would be a good idea to purchase the warranty for the peace of mind, if nothing else. I have no regrets! Two months after I got my new lens, my camera was dropped on the floor and the lens smashed before my eyes. I called B&H. They put me in touch with the warranty company and my lens was replaced no questions asked! I was back in business in no time at all. i would highly recommend spending the extra $$. It was worth every penny

I really hope I will never have to actually rate this product. I relay on Nikon's quality, but I guess is something you have to have for peace of mind, particularly in the case of "Gray Market" products.
Price very close to de indifference line between manufacturer warranty for "US" products along with a warranty provided by some credit cards.

I still have not had the bad fortune to have any need of the protection plan, but it seems like a decently priced plan, specially to protect such expensive equipment.

I do not expect to have any problems with my new Canon lens but I purchased this as insurance. The 3 year cost of the warranty is less than one "inspection quote" would cost.

I bought the 3-Year SAGEMAX Protection Plan for my Canon EOS 50D. As of yet, I have not had to use the plan, but am still very satisfied with my purchase. This protection plan gives me a peace of mind while shooting, which allows me to take risks for the shots I want. I couldn't imagine going on a shoot without knowing my investment is safe.

I hope to never use it but it gave me more confidence in buying the lens for my SLR camera, since the standard one year warranty doesn't work outside the US.
