I bought this card to use with my Canon EOS Rebel T2i and I'm glad I did.
The speed of this card, both read and write, is simply phenomenal. When reading from the card, file transfers are quick and painless; almost as fast as simply copying files already on the hard drive. As for writing, it is so fast that my camera's write buffer is simply a non-issue. I've taken bursts of over 50 (JPEG) images in a row without the frame rate slowing down to let the camera catch up. This is probably the best feature of the card. Capturing the exact moment you're waiting for during a sports game or bird watch should be much easier with the ability of this card to let you keep shooting.
As for negatives, what can I say? It's an SD card. If all you need is storage then you can certainly get it cheaper. Additionally, don't expect to be able to take a long burst of RAW+JPEG without any slowdown; while this is probably the fault of the camera's buffer just as much as the card, the T2i (or any other 18MP camera with 14-bit RAW) pumps out an average of 22MB RAWs at a rate of 3.7 per second. 30MB/sec write won't save you there. To its credit though, it clears the buffer very quickly to let you continue shooting.
Bottom line: If you need a fast card for your favorite type of shooting, or just want immunity from the dread of a full buffer. Look no further. If all you want is storage, there are cheaper cards for that.
Note: I highly recommend using an SD card reader or a dedicated SD card slot, as the speed is incredible compared to most cameras' built-in USB.

The card performs well, however my card quit working for me after less tham 3 months. The prongs on the card fell apart and I contacted SanDisk directly for a replacement and they said the problem was physical damage. I feel that for what I paid for the card they should stand behind it and replace it at no charge to me. I feel that you should be able to use a product not just leave it in the case and look at it.

For video you may want more space, but initial reading on a canon D60 with the out-of-the box quality settings is about 1000 stills worth. More than enough for my needs and a great price. Speed is great, no problems in burst mode or playback.

Holds about half an hour to an hour of footage on the highest settings of a DSLR. Of course the lower the settings the more it will be able to store. Works great.

Very fast writing which really help on face paced event shooting. Waiting time cut down more than half when my D90 memory buffer full til ready to shoot again compare to Class 6 SD of other brand.
besides than, moving the photos from card reader to my PC also much faster.
Should have getting bigger capacity as find that 8GB not big enough. Maybe fast card make me shoot more.

I use this card for video in my Canon Vixia HF M40 and it works well. It is plenty fast for standard HD and provides for a little over an hour of footage in this format. I cannot attest to its durability however, since I have only had it about a week.

Awesome product. I'm always a San Disk fan when it comes to memory cards. Had been using this brand for years. It might cost few dollars more, but definitely worth it. I encountered a problem with my Canon 60d, it was too tight for the slot. I contacted BH PHOTO/VIDEO and they sent me an another card which works fine and fits good in my Canon 60D. I will always recommend San Disk and BH Photo and Video.
