- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this plan.
- International
- This protection plan will work worldwide.

This is a great protection plan because it covers accidental damage. I dropped my camera and broke the flash. The service place could not get parts for my camera. I was immediately sent a check for a replacement camera. GREAT SERVICE!!!
