- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

For someone that is treking the great outdoors, rafting, circumventing the globe and things of that nature, it's nice piece of mind. I definitely get into some situations for shots that are a little harry and I might not if the equipment wasn't covered- and the shots I'm getting are amazing!

Hope I don't need this but instead of paying more for the US Nikon products (which gives you, e.g. in a lens, 5 years limited guarantee) I decided to buy one from the gray market and add this guarantee that it covers you for total replacement. At the end the price is pretty much the same but you are more protected in case the worst happen (e.g. drop the lens, etc)

I have a protection plan for two lenses and my camera body. I've had to have one lens fixed already and was extremely pleased with their service. I live in Israel where sagemax do not have their own service center. All I had to do was go to any place I wanted to have it fixed(as long as the repair is less then the cost of the product), mail them the receipt of how much the repair cost, and wait for hem to send the money. If the repair cost the same or more than the products original cost, they refund you with a brand new one.
