- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

I am a semi professional photographer who over the years have spent a lot of money on cameras, lenses and other photography related items.
A couple years ago I purchased a $5000 Canon 200 f/2.0 prime lens and did not purchase the warranty. About the same time I purchased another expensive lens which had an unfortunate fall and was damaged. Thank God I had the 5-Year SAGEMAX Protection Plan. I called SAGEMAX they were very friendly, helpful and told me where to ship the lens. Within 4 to 5 days I had my lens back in my hand, working perfectly. Since that time I have purchased the 3-5-Year SAGEMAX Protection Plan on all my cameras and lenses. If you're into sports photography I highly recommend buying the protection plan because it will give you the confidence you need to get in there and get the shot. My Canon 200 mm lens hardly gets out because I'm afraid of damaging it. I learned from mistake please take my advice and by the plan is worth.
