- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

I always purchase these protection plans from B&H whenever I obtain a high ticket item. They are legit and well worth the investment. I'm a professional photographer and filmmaker; this policy brings me a degree of peace of mind.
Years ago I purchased an Epson 3800 printer from B&H. It worked well for a few years then developed many problems. Still being under the coverage from Sage Max, they honored the policy and saw that I received a replacement promptly.
I do not know about these type of plans from other stores. I know and trust B&H. These plans are worth it!
