- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

I've been a B&H customer for 25 years. When they started offering the Sage Max protection plans, I purchased them whenever obtaining a costly piece of photo or video equipment. I never had occasion to use any of these plans until this year. When my Epson Stylus Pro 3800 printer started printing wheel marks on each print, I called Sage Max to resolved the issue. They called me back within a few days saying that the problem could not be repaired. They wanted to send me a replacement. I said that this was not acceptable since the 3800 line all have this same issue. I asked them, per their protection plan, to send me a check for the amount of the printer plus the tax originally paid. I had payment in full within 10 days.I used this to purchase an Epson 4880 from B&H. In addition to the printer, I also got the 3 year protection from Sage Max.While the initial outlay of money for these plans seems like a lot, I feel it makes great sense. Sage Max and B&H came through for me.B&H is the only place I will purchase my photo and video equipment.Protect your investment. It is well worth the money.
