- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

The biggest issue with buying expensive pro audio from the US (as an overseas customer) is the lack of warranty coverage, or the difficulty in getting service from the store or wholesaler; this warranty is an absolute dream for providing peace of mind as an overseas buyer. I will certainly look to B&H first for all my purchases from now on so as to take advantage of these protection plans (I don't think I'd buy any piece of gear without one now).
