- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

I bought this Plan to stay comfortable and secure with my Onkyo 808 receiver. I think it would be a Good investment with better benefits than costs.
Pros: Easy to buy.
Cons: I called to check if the plan is registered correctly, the product part number, etc.. and they told me that this is only necessary if and when I have some problem with the product.
