- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

I have purchased a few of these on electronic items I have bought. I have only had to use it once on digital camera that broke. The service was WONDERFUL!!!!! I called and within a couple of days a mailer box and label were sent to me. I boxed it up and off it went. A few days later I got a call to tell me what was broke and how long it would take to fix (they had to order the part) and when I could expect it back in the mail. I think it came a day or two earlier than what they had said. I would not hesitate to buy this insurance. They do exactly what they say they will do.

My first iPod Touch I dropped and cracked the glass. But like any insurance if you don't have to use it you might consider it a waste of money, but this could prove to be a smart buy.
