- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

Good to have because the audio connectors that go to the back of the system requires a terminator of some sort. I don't recognize it. I bought the same system at best buy and it was missing a cable so I had to return it because they don't sell that terminator. It's not the cable because it's still a standard speaker cable, it's just the connector. So warranty is needed.
