- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

Although in an ideal world, I wish this projector could be lighter in weight for easier carrying (for petite women like me) this projector is a really wonderful buy. Great for the money, it's easy to fold & put away as well as to take out. It's got a nice strong light that works in light rooms, I'm really completely pleased with it, and so glad I bought it. Great for home schooling.
