- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

I have had good experiences with sagemax, but for one time. I bought a couple of lens with protection and each one had problems. Sigma said they would do a warranty repair, still broken, sagemax would not take the lens until manufactury warranty was up. Still no results. Still broken and no one helping me to get them fixed. Hd to wait a full year with faulty lens before I was able to make good on the plan, so in effect I got one year out of a two year plan. Beware of one thing, they will not help you on items still covered under manufacturer's warranty until it is up. So you may be left stranded unless your item is really, without a doubt broken.
