- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

This is a great first lighting kit. It gives you all you need to start experimenting with certain poses and styles. The bag is a huge plus and can be rearranged so that you can even fit two additional mono-strobes, stands, and umbrellas if you are looking to expand down the road. Overall Great, just one con these lights are 500W's and do run hot so keep that in mind.
