- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

Do keep in mind that if your product is still covered under the manufacturers warranty then sagemax will not repair it.

I really can't say if this was a good buy or not because my flash is real new and hasn't broke yet. Therefore, I haven't had to use the SagMax Protection Plan yet. It seemed like a good idea to cover a[$] flash with a protection plan.
