- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

I bought it with my new elinchrom BX250RI and I'm hoping that I never need to use it but with my luck, something will happen and I'll need to. It does seem a little bit pricey for something that will most likely never be used though..
