Since I have not filed a claim, I cannot honestly give it a five star, nor impeccably honestly give it the star rating I did.However, it has a nice "certificate", which makes the buyer feel like they have something of value, perhaps preventing breakage so as having felt they had something for the purchase price.I often use the competitor(sqtd?) but the retail price for the router plus this warranty was the same or lower than the object purchased by itself. The price was about 20 percent of the purchase price of the object, higher than the lower priced competitor.[...]

This product is used in a multi-story homeless shelter. It is used on 12 hour shifts.It is used every day. Pros: Small enough to fit in shirt pocket; crystal clear reception; longer battery life than needed; packed with useful features; the NOAA weather channel is also used every day on every shift; the built-in flashlight is really handy for use at night while checking the dorms and areas outside the building; the "panic button" is great for security as other staff knows exactly where you are..........I could go on. Cons: None that I know of.
