I have not had to use it yet, but it seems like a good thing to have. From others, it seems you just need to call and they will refund you the money (not the product). I think the replacement plan is priced very well compared to others' plans.

I bought discontinued Touchpad not too long ago, and I was offered this plan by the sales rep. Since it was only [$], I decided to go for it. It was right price, and it covers anything, now I do hope the product that this protection plan is suppose to cover doesn't get damaged as I really enjoy it. Activating the plan doesn't seem easy, have to look into that!

The comfort of the headphones is phenomenal compared to any headphones we have used for our filmmaking purposes. We use the headphones for audio recording, primarily documentary films, as well as for fine tuning sound editing. The ability to block out outside sound without over heating your ears during use is far superior to any of the headphones we have used. I researched many of the recommended products for closed back professional quality headphones for filmmaking, including Sony MDR-7509HD Professional Monitor Headphones and considering the price difference and the user reviews these headphones seem to be similar quality, less negatives and much lesser price. The dynamic sound quality, attention to detail they allow you to hear is amazing and very helpful for our purposes.

i was told by the salesperson if for any reason my camcorder had a defect I would get my $$ back. I thought that to be strange. I guess it is easier to refund the $$ than to repair these small SMT devices. Hoopefully I will never have to use this but felt it was GREAT INSURANCE
