The AmpDude from Auralex is a subwoofer or instrument amplifier/speaker riser that is very effective at reducing or eliminating resonance transfer through floors. The increased isolation results in a cleaning up of the tone put out by the source.

The platform is made of 1/2" MDF covered with black ozite and supported by two Platfoam runners, surrounding a Studiofoam center strip. The portable riser comes with convenient handle preinstalled.

Applications include live sound and residential theater subwoofers, under stage monitors, isolating DJ turntables, under guitar and bass amplifiers. Great for recording studios, residential theaters, houses of worship and club gigs.
