Olympus FS-FLRA1 Reflector Adapter for Shoe Mount Flash
The Olympus FS-FLRA1 Reflector Adapter redirects the light at a 90° angle from the flash, to soften the quality of light and distribute it over a wider area. It is the ideal accessory for when using the flash in straight-up "ceiling bounce" position.
Attaches with a rubber band fastener, and is compatible with the FL-50 and FL-36 flash units.

The Sto-fen eats light, so I switch to this when I need to push more light forward, in addition to take advantage of the bounce feature of my FL-36R.
Once you get the hang of putting this on your flash, it becomes a breeze and is definitely worth it. Small enough to always keep in my bag (or pocket, for that matter), I actually find myself using this more than I ever expected. Even fits on my Nikon SB-600 while looking like it actually belongs on it (not like some people I've seen with index cards taped to their $200+ flashes).
