Comments about Sunpak AD-26 AC Adapter for 544:
I have a Sunpak 622 pro, two Sunpak 522, and one Sunpak AP52. These lights are primarily used in my small home studio. I got tired of having to keep an overly healthy stock of batteries for these strobes. This little AC Adapter allows me to maintain constant power, and thus even light quality. Definitely worth the investment.

Comments about Sunpak AD-26 AC Adapter for 544:
Lost my original on an outdoor shoot last month. It worked well hooked up to a generator, and in the rain. Easier than fussing with batteries if a socket is available

Comments about Sunpak AD-26 AC Adapter for 544:
I own a Sunpak 622, and regularly use NiMH batteries. With a fresh set of these batteries, I get a 5.5 sec recycle time at full (1/1) power. When I attached the AD-26 AC Adapter, I consistently got 18+ sec. recycle times. When I called Tocad (Sunpak) and asked about this issue, I was told that the 18+ sec. recycle time is standard.
