The Sanyo Xacti HD-700BR High Definition Camcorder combines sleek, ergonomic design with ease-of-use. The Advanced MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 format provides random access retrieval of your video and still images allowing for immediate play back on your HD or standard TV. The Xacti HD-700BR also fits comfortably in your hand and features a 'One Thumb Interface' that makes for uncomplicated recording. If that's not enough 720p HD video, 2.7" LCD display, 5x optical zoom, and an HDMI HD output offer a few more reasons this camcorder stands out.

This high definition camcorder also has a 7Mp digital still camera and records to SD/SDHC Memory Cards, giving you exceptional still images as well as video. The Xacti series of camcorders come with a remote control and docking station, making every step from recording to emailing as user-friendly as possible.

• 720p HD Video: 720p HD Video is designed for use with flat panel or HDTV technology giving you clear, detailed video.

• Ergonomic Design: The Xacti HD-700BR fits naturally in the palm of your hand.

• Mac OS Compatible: The HD-700 works with Apple's iMovie 08 and their entire line of video editing applications.

• HDMI Output: The HDMI output lets you connect to high definition TVs with ease.

• Records to SD/SDHC Memory Cards: Video and still images are recorded directly to SD/SDHC Memory Cards allowing for up to 2 hours and 46 minutes of 720p high definition video on one 8GB card. SD/SDHC cards also make transferring your files to the computer for emailing or uploading to sites such as YouTube or MySpace even easier.

• Random Access: The Advanced MPEG-4/AVC.264 format of the Xacti HD-700BR allows for random access to video and still images providing immediate playback on your HD or standard TV.
