I used the cable splitter for my cable internet and TV. I was using a cheap splitter and it would drop my internet constantly. With this splitter, I was able to keep a steady internet and TV signal. It is gold plated connections and lowloss 2GHz guarantees you a secure connection. Honestly, there was not anything I found negative about this device except I wish I found it earlier because I did not have to waste my money on a cheap splitter.

After rewiring the whole house with RG6, installing gold connectors and an expensive distribution amp, why would I take a chance using a low quality splitter? My signal for both Cable and Internet have improved dramatically in part to the Monster Splitter. It also came with a terminator which I used on an one of the terminals of a 6way splitter.
